Animal Crossing: Logos Throughout the Years
From the Beginning
The Animal Crossing logo has undergone several changes since its first appearance in the original game released in 2001. The original logo featured a simple leaf with the words "Animal Crossing" written in a playful font. This logo was used in all subsequent games in the series until Animal Crossing: New Leaf, which was released in 2012.
New Leaf and Beyond
The Animal Crossing: New Leaf logo featured a more stylized leaf with the words "Animal Crossing" written in a more modern font. This logo was also used in the subsequent game, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, which was released in 2015.
The Animal Crossing: New Horizons logo, which was released in 2020, features a more detailed leaf with the words "Animal Crossing" written in a bolder font. This logo is currently used in all Animal Crossing games.
